- Peak View Ranch Unit 2 Subdivision - Preparing civil improvement documents for this 160 acre, 100 lot subdivision in Maricopa County for RJ Springer Homes.
- Casa Villa Subdivision - Prepared the full civil engineering package for this 9.4 acre, 31 lots subdivision in Apache Junction, Arizona for Homes Direct.
- Canyon Trails Subdivision - Prepared full civil package for this 17.5 acre, 99 lot subdivision in Goodyear, Arizona for Tierra Buena Management.
- Homestead Square Subdivision - Prepared full civil package for this 20 lot subdivision within the City of Phoenix for Rich Baxter.
- Casa Grande 80 - Prepared preliminary plat exhibits for this 80 acre subdivision near Casa Grande for RJ Springer Homes. Left Can-Am Engineering after initial planning work was completed.
- Ironwood Pima Subdivision - completed full civil package and zone change process for this 14 acre, 67 lot subdivision in Pinal County for Republic Homes.
Commercial Projects
- Cambridge Filter Corporation - Prepared full civil package for this14 acre manufacturing facility in Gilbert, AZ. Scope of work included: grading and drainage, drainage study, water and sewer plans, horizontal control plan, & site layout.
- Copper Basin K-8 School - Prepared full civil improvements package for this new 12 acre+/- school in the Johnson Ranch area for EMC2 Architects.
- Heritage Elementary Charter School Traffic impact Analysis - Prepared a traffic impact analysis for this school.
Misc. Projects
- Hunt Highway and Attaway Design Concept Report - Prepared a Design concept Report (DCR) of the intersection for Pinal County identifying possible safety and level of service improvements that could be incorporated into the intersection.
- Lonesome Lane Water Line - completed a 1,900+/- water main extension to an 8 lot subdivision within the Town of Gilbert for Nickel Contracting.
- Felix Road Water and Force Main Sewer Extension - Prepared civil improvement plans for Johnson Utilities. The main extensions were approximately 5 miles and included the pump station.
- Rancho Sendera Water Main and Well Site #2 - Prepared civil improvement plans for Johnson Utilities. The scope included the new well site and approximately 2,600 feet of 10" water main extension.
